1. Product Description:
It is co-developed by Sinocarb and Dalian University of Technology.It has not only the characteristic of conductive pellets but also the good performance of improved strength and wear resistance. Therefore the life span is longer and it is an ideal material in electrical industry and in the aviation industry.
2. Product Application: A certain amount of conductive pellets is mixed uniformly with base material resin either by high-speed blender or low-speed blender. Surface resistance can by adjusted by adding different ratio of conductive pellets to meet the market demands. Therefore, it is very convenient to apply in real production.

(1)Good dispersing attribute: After surface treatment of carbon fiber, a layer of resin exits on the surface, which improves the dispersing and fluidity. The surface resistance is more uniform.
(2)Effective antistatic attribute: carbon fiber is a stable new type of carbon material. Carbon fiber has the performance of anti-corrosion, high-temperature prevention, anti-wear, anti-moisture and stable conductivity.
(3)Improved anti-wear attribute: carbon fiber has good performance of high specific strength, high specific module, anti-wear and anti-fatigue. Therefore, it is a good strengthening material, which will not drop powder after long-term application and will make the life span of the product longer. (4)Convenient Application:A certain amount of conductive pellets is mixed uniformly with base material resin either by high-speed blender or low-speed blender.
